I am reaching out to share with you some important information regarding the Fr. Bernard Youth Center and to thank you for your dedicated support.

I have enjoyed serving the Fr. Bernard Youth Center as its Executive Director for 6 years.  As we begin a new phase of growth and celebrate our 20th Anniversary in 2026, I have been invited to become a member of the Board of Directors which opens the door for a new Executive Director to assume leadership.

As we begin the process of renovating and purchasing our main center from Catholic Community Services, our next step will be to build new dorms. This next phase of growth will take a great amount of energy and creativity from the entire staff in order to be successful. Our operational and financial strength, that have been built up over the past 6 years, will also support that success.

Please continue to hold us in prayer as the board seeks new executive leadership and guides the organization into the future. I will continue to serve until the end of this year and help the new Director make a smooth transition.

Be assured that FBYC will continue to focus on the spiritual and faith needs of our youth and be a space where all persons can experience the love of Christ.
